Slow Cooker Sampling

I need more slow cooker staples in my life..to survive family life.

Going to start posting some I try. Here is a food network recipe for pork tenderloin that I tried. It was good - I used the left over liquid in the slow cooker added a tsp of flour and whisked it into a sauce - that made it much better. Without that I think it would have been a bit bland.
