Sugar Cookie Syrup Copycat

Tried this recipe to make my own sugar cookie syrup at home (since Starbucks won't sell their unique blends). I didn't have butter extract, but it still turned out. It's not an exact match, but for a mom who doesn't get out for coffee every morning, it's a tasty treat to wake up and look froward to.

Also makes for a good home-made Christmas gift option for anyone who likes a little sweetener (a lot of sweetener since it's basically just sugar) in their coffee.
